HOW TO ORDER:

A New Blessing's online boutique is available 24hrs a day / 7 days a week to accept your order at a time that is most convenient to you.

Ordering is simple:

1. Browse. Click through the categories to the left and then on products of interest to view more details and from there you can add the item to your 'cart'.

2. Checkout. Once you are satisfied with the product(s) in your 'cart', you may continue to 'checkout' where you will be able to confirm your product choice(s) and total quantities.

3. Confirm. Finally, fill out the simple delivery details form, choose your payment method and confirm your order. Simple as that!

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address and we will process your order and post it within 48hrs of receipt of payment.

PRICING:

All prices listed in our store are in AUD and include GST.

DELIVERY:

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment.

Items which are unavailable at the time of your order placement will be shipped as soon as we receive them, we will notify you by email should we encounter any delays. You may request an order update at any time simply by sending us an email to orders@anewblessing.com.au.

To ensure our customers are happy with their purchase, and satisfied with the service we offer, refunds for faulty / damaged items will be offered in full after goods have been returned to us. Otherwise a store exchange credit can be organised. Please contact us at info@anewblessing.com.au to arrange any returns.

We will not accept liability for any items 'lost or stolen' after delivery has taken place just as we will not accept responsibility for deliveries sent to an incorrect address due to mis-spelling on your behalf, so please enter all information with care. We will not refund / exchange due to change of mind, thankyou for your understanding.

If paying by Bank Transfer, details will be available to you at checkout and via order confirmation e-mail sent to your nominated address.

If paying via PayPal, you will be re-directed to PayPal's secure website to process your payment online. Note that it is not necessary to create an account with PayPal to be able to make a payment.
